Homemade Eyeshadow Primer

Used to make eyeshadow bolder and stay on longer. Comparable to Too Faced Shadow Insurance or Urban Decay Primer Potion

You will need:
Liquid foundation or concealer
Unscented body butter (can also use facial moisturizer)
Small jar
Something to stir with (bobby pin, toothpick, etc)

To make:
Mix together equal amounts foundation and body butter in jar. Stir and let sit five minutes before use.

To use:
Scoop pea-sized amount onto makeup sponge and dot onto eyelid. Use finger to gently blend across eyelids.
